Lynn tagged me for this awhile back and since I’ve been really bad at blogging lately, I decided to get off my butt and put up this post. Actually, though, the only reason I’ve been ON my butt in the first place is because I’m waist deep in revisions and hoping to get them done by next week. I have a definite love-hate relationship going on with my revisions.
Anyway….here we go:
Rules:
I am going to list three categories of books: 5 MUST Read Books, 5 Books on Your Nightstand, and 5 Look For These Soon.
Anyone I tag should put these same lists on their blog but SUBTRACT one book from each list and ADD one of their own.
Then they should tag at least 5 more bloggers. It will be fun to see how the lists change as it goes around the blogosphere.
Please come back to this post and leave a comment so I can see how the lists are changing as they go around the blogosphere.
Since this is Book Buzz…please keep your lists to titles released in 2007-2009.
5 MUST Read Books:
- Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer
- Kushiel’s Mercy by Jacqueline Carey
- A Mile in My Flip-Flops by Melody Carlson
- Lover Unbound by J.R. Ward
- Into the Fire by Suzanne Brockmann (because I still can’t get this book out of my head even though I read it back in July)
5 Books on the Nightstand:
- Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon
- Salt: A World History by Mark Kurlansky
- Crazy in Love by Lani Diane Rich
- From Harvey River by Lorna Goodison
- The Book of Lies by Brad Meltzer (because his previous book, The Book of Fate, rocked and the blurb for this one sounded awesome)
5 Look For These Soon:
- Change of Heart by Jodi Picoult
- Evernight by Claudia Gray
- Just One of the Guys by Kristan Higgins
- The Black Dagger Brotherhood by J.R. Ward
- Dark of Night by Suzanne Brockmann (Feb ’09) (because I’m dying to know what happens with Izzy and Eden!)
I’m not going to tag anyone, but feel free to add to the list on your blog or in the comments section!

WOO HOO! Great adds, Cynthia! Why don’t you stop by the blog tomorrow — you’ll find you’ve been tagged again. I *knew* you were searching for something else to blog about…
